I got a cast iron wok, good for individual meals, but cooking for a group my flat cast iron over my gas grill is much better... Veggies..  Pork loin seasoned...  At the end I add this to finish off the canalization.....And just a little bit, few splashes...

Looks great. I use that same sauce for making samurai wings. 1 stick of butter & 1 bottle veri veri teriyaki.

The hoisin garlic sauce is pretty good too.

We use deer back strap cut into thin strips for the meat and a frozen vegi blend from HEB. I cant remember what the sauce is made from but it has soy and teriaqui (SP) in it.
That's looks really good!
