How do you serve and eat your pasta. Do you mix it together with your sauce before you serve it? Do you break it up before you cook it? Do you serve it with a spoon to twist it up? Do you twirl it at the edge of your plate, or do you eat it like Muffin?

Bill, many people dont get on the forum everyday, and numerous who are on everyday dont check all the different sections everyday. Im not a pasta fan for the most part. I've only had a few that I cared for.

You should try my marinara primavera, with link sausage sometime. You can use kabasa or venison links. You can mix it with the pasta or put it on top. It's a great way to use your squash.

I put the sauce on the noodles. Usually throw them together when there are leftovers for refriderator space saving. I twirl noodles with a fork on a spoon if I have a clean shirt on.

The proper way to finish pasta is in a skillet with pasta water and sauce. I also add a little bit of butter. Homemade sauce only in this house.

I'm about due to make some spaghetti.

I'm making spaghetti tonight. The sauce is mixed with the pasta before serving.

Put noodles in a skillet and toss with sauce over heat adding pasta water to achieve the consistency I want and then serve with more sauce on top. Sometimes I leave whole noodles and sometimes I break them. Twirl on plate.
