Pretty sure it's just an overall budget to go by and if you were building it yourself. $82/ft is pretty cheap for most builders around here. I know many, but don't know one that would touch it for that.

Ain't nobody building homes for under 95. Use that for budget end up in a bad spot. Budget high build low.
