Have a pair of roof prism bino's I've had for about 25 years. I dropped them in the house and knock them out of alignment. An email to Leupold and off in the mail they went. 10 days later their back in my hands all aligned and cleaned at NO CHARGE,,

People always rave about Vortex customer service and warranty. IMO Vortex is using Leupold's model. The only difference I've found between the two is Leupold CS people are more knowledgeable as a rule. My reference point is from dealing with both as retail customer and dealer. Since this is an open forum I'll do a little hijacking. The one person I've dealt with the most out of both companies is Doreen Fobes of Vortex. You'll never deal with her on the retail side, she only works with dealers. Doreen is the best, a real pleasure to work with.

Have you ever dealt with her Skylar?

Leupy replaced a scope for me but it took 3 months and no communication. Vortex was a bit more communicative and only took 7 days but it was one of their top tier scopes.
