Took dad to Kuby's in University Park today, he loved it. Man their sausage was excellent as usual, and the sauerkraut and red cabbage was great.

Still a great place to eat. I really like their deer processing too!

Been using the Kuby's processor since they were on Gaston Ave a loooong time ago, starting in the mid '70's. One of my Christmas ornament storage box's is a logo'd flip top HD box from that era. Fond memories for sure.

IMO they are the benchmark processor that all the other places I've used or looked at is measured by.

My dad loved German food, we ate at Kuby's many, many years ago and enjoyed it.
Used Kuby twice for processing my deers, was not impressed with what I got for the price.

Is Kuby's processing a bit pricey? Maybe, but you get what you pay for. QUALITY!

Never been disappointed with the product.
