As long as you have your 30-30 for backup against dangerous game, the 7-08 should work anywheres.

I don't know what the 7/08 does in Africa, but in Texas, it's danged near perfect. Well Kacee has shot anything from wildebeests, sable, giraffe, kudi, gemsbok, Eland with tsx bullet and has story in ttha about using her 7/08 inAfrica Sounds pretty good, to me.
