Aliengear. May want to check my spelling on that. I use one for M&P Shield and works great.

The XDs is small enough to carry in the front pocket in a pocket holster such as the DeSantis Nemesis with loose fitting pants.
Pocket carry is comfortable and very fast to draw.
For IWB, leather is more comfortable to me and the Milt Sparks VM2 the most comfortable of many tried.

I'm surprised nobody has said Crossbreed. Hands down my favorite. Agree with jeffbird that pocket carry can be the right choice in certain situations. I find myself carrying more and more that way

I recently switched to a Sticky Holster and I am amazed at how comfortable it is. I don't even take it out when I'm driving.

I just recently bought an Alien Gear and for the price it's hard to beat. Awesome customer service as well.

I wear a TRex Arms appendix holster with a Shield daily and I sit most of the day. Very comfortable. I also have a SHTF holster for 4-5 o'clock that is also very comfortable. I believe SHTf is now call Black Arch.

Since open carry was passed I carry two ivory handled colts tied down low for a quick draw at all times. The ladies love it.
