Regarding Safe Moving I HIGHLY recommend Lonestar Safe & Vault. They have moved a gun safe for me on three occasions in the past. Their service is timely, fairly priced, and they do an excellent job of protecting floors (including carpets and tile), walls, doorways, and steps.

Have been asked for more pictures, Either click or copy and paste any of the links below. Also, the ONLY trades that I will consider are (1) a Colt M4 Carbine or (2) a Kimber Super Carry Pro or Master Carry Pro 45ACP. Any appearance of spots is either the velour or lighting. There are no spots, tears, dings, or blemishes.

Had several inquiries and a couple of "think'n about its" asking for weight and dimensions. It is Width 40" x Height 60.5" x Depth 26". The weight (approx. 775lb) was in the OP.
  • For the purpose of calculating moving costs, we live in NE Fort Worth, TX 76137 (820 & I35).
  • I bought the safe new and Mike (and his team) moved it into my home office in 2013 (where it has remained -- i.e., it has never been in the garage or exposed to the elements).
  • It is not currently anchored - though it can be if you so choose (pre-drilled from the factory). Nobody is moving this sucker without a lift and a team to get it out.
  • There is only one short 3" drop (the height of a brick) from the laundry room into the garage -- no steps to deal with (but it will cross carpet & tile floors).
  • Mike uses 1/2"-3/4" aluminum sheets to protect floors and a 3-ton pallet jack/lift to move the safe (one of the reasons I recommend his service).
  • I'll remove doors (office, laundry room, and garage) prior to the move. I've got a couple of bookshelves that I will also move (added since the safe was brought in).
PM if you have any questions. Price is firm. And again, the ONLY trades that I will consider are (1) a Colt M4 Carbine or (2) a Kimber Super Carry Pro or Master Carry Pro 45ACP.
