Texaselphia is awesome! Large beef with mushrooms, jalapeņos, extra cheese, and about half a bottle of their mustard blend.

That looks great I will have to try one Have you ever tried Freds Down Town, it is way good  The one in Carrollton and Plano are great, the one in Lewisville not so good. Pic of one from Carrollton, it was absolutely delicious
