Here is a feeder I threw together with a 55 gal drum I had laying around my shop with some scrap iron. I put it together around the same time we dropped the MOAB. So, I named this one the M.O.A.F. (Mother of all feeders). Its running an old ALL-Seasons unit that I've had for about a million years it seems. Great unit. I tested and the tin I v'd underneath slides the corn to both sides with none falling underneath. Can't wait to get it moved out and operating at the lease.

That looks good, I just did the same thing but your name is way better than mine.

I ran the horse panel all the way to the ground as an experiment on mine. I got to thinking about the quail feeders all over my buddies place in Childress. So I figured I could put a bag of milo in with the corn and feed the bobwhite as well.

As long as the rats don't get under it before the birds.

Looks good but I would get rid of that barrel lid and go with a slip over. JMO.

I had a slipover at the lease. When I got there I put it on. Works like a champ. Also staked that sucker into the ground in an attempt to keep the bigger hogs from moving it around or knocking it over. I am sure the cows will rub on it but I am planning to put up some paneling around it when heading back out my next trip.
