 ISO Lease between DFW and Houston

Howdy,
My Father and I are looking for a lease for this upcoming season. I'm in the Coast Guard down in Houston, and he lives up in DFW. If we could find a place somewhere in the middle, that would be great. We're both management-minded, so we aren't looking for a place just to fill our tags. We'd prefer to be on a lease with fewer members if possible, instead of a larger club or something.
I'll be transferring out of state next spring, so this would be our last shot for a good while to get a lot of hunting time in. Please let me know if you have any leads. Thank you!
