Just got a 2" lift in and on. Definitely seems taller than a 2". Will be putting some new 28" shoes on next week with some 1" wheel spacers. That would put me done, done, done with the upgrades.

Also, to add to the windshield I threw on a manual windshield wiper from EMP. Just drilled. 1/2 hole on the windshield and done. Looking like it will work well.

Finished product with Tensor 28" Regulators all the way and 2" wheel spacers to keep things steady.

Looks like a great set up!

I'm considering one like it, but diesel. How do you like the conversion from full bed to four seater?

Conversion to and from full bed to two seater is simple. Only requires one person to do it. Very simple.

I want to get a windshield for mine before next season. Is the clarity good on it and how does it hold up pulling at 80 MPH? Which of the 3 settings do they recommend you tow with it at?

The clarity is great. It's dual coated poly I believe. No scratches. I have not pulled it yet but will in a few weeks out to our lease near Mason. I'll be driving 80 mph and don't have any concerns. The manufacturer highly recommends having the window closed when hauling on a trailer which I will be doing. No problems at all fully open driving it down the road at 40 mph. It's a good one.

I found a smoking deal on this exact windshield a couple of weeks ago and bought it. It was missing a couple of parts but the manufacturer took care of it fast.

Pretty happy with the quality and the clarity. Pulled it to South Texas this weekend and at 80 MPH the windshield gets some flex in it up at the top, but seems to come back to shape when you stop. I might figure out some way to support it. What it needs is a piece of angle iron run across the top, but I'm going to try to come up with another solution before I do that.

Also, with the windshield blocking the air, the removable piece on the hood seems to dent in, but it again, it comes back to shape.

Thanks for the heads up. I haven't pulled mine yet but was wandering the same thing.

I bet you can put some sort of metal support up top on both sides and secure with some bolts through the windshield to keep it from flexing in. I can tell you that I drilled a hole up top on mine to put a hand windshield wiper and it wasn't anything to drill through that poly.

I don't have a link to them but if you do a search on Ebay you will find them. They are good quality. They also offer them for the rear and way cheaper than the guards from Kawasaki.

If you're going to trailer it, I'm not a fan. Going to try to fix with some angle iron but haven't gotten to it yet.

It is fine to trailer. Took it from around Tyler to Llano two weeks ago cruising at 75/80mph. It does bow a little but after stopping it is fine. Just make sure it is latched.

Mine was not fine after trailering. It's like the windshield stretched. When I run the Mule now with the windshield up it shakes like crazy. I will probably take it all off during summer and just use the windshield during the winter when I can have it closed or just vented. Open is no longer an option for my windshield.

I was doubtful the ones I looked at would hold up so I bought me a piece of Lexan like the race cars use and poor boy rigged it. Not pretty but gets the job done and will not scratch and have found out it will turn bird shot at about 65 yards so that is a plus too with the crowd I hunt with. Got around 175$ in it.

Has anybody used one of the split fold down windshields? I saw one on the intersex that looked like a split golf cart windshield.
