Pit Barrel Cooker

I get this cook done. Brisket from Fischer's in Muenster and a rack of ribs. Also put a chicken on. Should all be done by 2pm. Headed to the lake to fish after that.

Just in time for National Picnic Day.

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

Dang brisket took forever to break the 150 degree plateau. Finally made it to 200 at 3pm or so.

Swing into to Hess Meats some time. They'll treat you right also. Funny how a town the size of Muenster has 2 meat processors, one is USDA the other state inspected.

Looks fabulous!! Waiting on my Yoder Durango.
