I've got an area that stays soggy almost year round and looking for something that will survive the wet conditions as well as benefit my exotics and whitetail. I'm between Abilene and San Angelo. Thanks, Don

How big is the area? You could try soybeans if it's a fairly large area. In small patches the deer will completely graze it off before it can take a good stand.
Silver spurs and gold tequila keep me hanging on. Pretty girls and old cantinas give me shelter from the storm.

I would think white clover, bundleflower, or some species of vetch would work. Lack of heat tolerance eliminates some of the go to solutions we use in MN.
