I see these guys and gals about every morning and afternoon in my front yard. Sometimes there's more and sometimes less.

That's pretty neat to have them around.

I have a Corn feeder about 75 yards from the house and a bird feeder with water in the front yard. Lots of critters this Spring. Yesterday I had Deer, Turkey, 3 species of Dove, Quail, Red wing black birds, yellow headed black birds and Jackrabbits in the yard. Birds empty a gallon bird feeder in little over a day.

A few years back, we had 5-6 turkeys show up at our camp at the lease. They must have been raised by some one for some reason...they had no fear of us. They were really something to see and talk about until they grew bigger and started to roost over the camp site. Once we loaded them up and took them up the road for about 2 miles and turned them loose. They were back in 2 days and became real pests.

Got to be nice to just sit back on your front porch and watch mother nature all around you

It is. It's the reason the wife and I worked so hard for so many years, we had a dream to live on a ranch, surrounded by wildlife.

Man to be able to see that every morning is awesome. Here in Louisiana I have to drive at least 2 hrs. to get to an area that has a few turkeys .
