Can't put fenced animals of any kind on it. May not matter to you but does in resale.

Can't put fenced animals of any kind on it. May not matter to you but does in resale. And some "flood control areas," you are not allowed to build any structures. Be sure it's not an "over flow area." that is what I am talking about.

Will kill resale. Don't buy land in a flood zone unless it's literally pennies on the dollar and you intend to use the [censored] out of it for hunting or recreation and not make any money selling it.
