It is hard to tell from this angle and position. I usually judge a live deer by his back, belly, neck and face. Next is a buck I shot last season in central Texas. I measured the age was 3.5 by teeth.

Sorry I do not have the teeth. The land owner kept the teeth/jawbone. He capped hide off skull and that and the meat is what I brought home.

I re-checked the teeth of above posted buck. I may be wrong. The teeth look like 4.5 years old. What do you guys think?
