It seems anytime I go to zero an optic, it's never a leisurely exercise. Always seems I'm late to get to the blind, leave to hunt, getting dark and range closing, etc.

Stopped in at Bass Pro this PM to set zero since my suppressor moved my POI a bit.

Here was my last 2 shot group. Moving the reticle on my XD50, any one know what distance value each movement of 1 is on the X Y axis? I need to move about 1 inch left and 2-3 inches down. This is at 100 yds.

Thanks,
Charlie

Why aren't you doing the one shot zero function? All you do is move the reticle to the bullet holes.

I assume you have since left and trying to get it close at this point. You need to move the reticle up and to the right, not the other way around. These work different than day scopes.

Right, move the reticle to the impacts. That simple.

... and the answer is, at 100yds, each increment of 1 is about 7/8" on the paper.

That sounds about right Charlie. It's not as precise as glass rifle scopes. I think it's moa clicks like you said.

Agreed, everything I've seen is 1 number move = approx 1 MOA
