That's a smart way to move them I hadn't considered. Screw them to plywood.

Yes you can screw them into plywood and they travel very nicely. May have been a txi delivering some mounts. I saw our taxidermist headed out for his Texas hog hunt with a longhorn steer on his truck topper rack. He was delivering it to Colorado on his way. We see lots of elk mounts in back of trucks up here.
