2 green cabbages sliced or chopped
8 red potatoes slice thin (real thin)
2 sweet onions sliced thin
6 or so garlic gloves minced
spice (I use Tonys)
8 tbsp of butter
Venison, pork, and or beef sausage cooked
Layer the pan with cabbage then onion then potatoes. Add your spice and garlic. Add more cabbage then the sausage and butter.
Foil lid is loose
Smoked it around 250 for 2 hours. It took this batch a little longer.
