By no means am I a chef, but I'm going to try something. I'm going to slice up the breast and pound them thin. Then, brown some sausage, mix it with cream cheese and spinach. I'll wrap the cream cheese, sausage and spinach in the breast. Lastly, I'll wrap all of that in a mat of woven bacon and smoke for a couple of hours.
Anyone done anything similar?

Put both breasts, thighs, and drumsticks in your crockpot. Cover all pieces with about half a cup of light olive oil. Salt and pepper. Let it go on low for about 8 hours. When it's done, shred all the pieces and serve with mashed potatoes and gravy. Easiest and best recipe ever.
