Ozona Lease: MLD
3,900 acres
2,750 a gun
Long term lease for the right group of guys.
Year round access.
Looking for 8-10 management minded hunters. Hunters can gun hunt from October through the end of regular rifle season.
Hunter will get 1 trophy 1 cull 2 doe + spring turkey season is included, if you see any exotics you're welcome to them.
There is 7 Stands on the ranch and 9 feeders already available.
Water and power hook ups at camp.

west-tex ... are you the owner of the ranch? location/distance/direction from Ozona? PMK I am not the land owner. I am friends with the land owner. The ranch is off CR 406, you can also get to it off of Howard Draw road.

I already have one out there way down Pandale road, or I would be all over it too. Some rough but good country out there, decent deer down where we are but we've been letting them grow for 5 years just taking out culls for the most part.

We hunt off CR 406, lots of deer and have really enjoyed our lease.
