I'm gonna try this out. Bear with me as I tend to forget, but I'm going to try and post some kind of motivation in this post frequently. It might be annoying to some, but if it gets one person off the couch then it is worth it. Take and use if you'd like as well. I'm starting off with one of my favorites. So few words said, but such a powerful meaning. Go out and get what's yours guys!

I started this Excel spreadsheet a long time ago as my daily motivation, and used for several years. Not listed on here was some weight lifting. I was determined to enter as few of those ugly red zeros as possible!!!!! I looked at each day as, "I refuse to put a zero on that spreadsheet." I was out in sub-freezing weather to not put a zero on there. In the summer 99 degrees was my upper limit. If it was 99 or lower I went. I'm still at about the same weight/shape now. I quit the spreadsheet a few years ago, but think I may get back on the program.
