Thank you Chet. I really like her a lot. She may be the most athletic, driven dog I have ever owned. She is just a machine in the field. Many birds pointed and killed over her this past season. I had her at a trial a couple of weeks ago that required a retrieve after the shot. I took her just for fun and to fill the entry list. She competed against much older dogs that were well trained. I have never trained her on retrieve. She brought me every bird back and won 2nd place against 20+ dogs. She is 20 months old. She is just a natural.

And I thought Brittanys were the ones that poached....

Hard working dogs

I envy the dog pics y'all get. I'm too bloodthisty. I remember one particular point this year. One of my brittanys was pointing on top of a hill with the sun coming up behind her. It was a beautiful point I'll never forget. My buddy said, "Hold up and let me get a picture of this." I told him he'll no let's get up there before these running bastards get away from us.
I hardly ever think to get a picture of my kids much less the dogs.

Glad you like her. I've seen three pups out of the litter and all look like fine prospects, tried to place two more of the three left but pro handler Norm Basilone took all three. Big part of making a good dog is a good owner and she has one.

The GSP is Abbey my wife's 15 months old first dog, she rode 17 hours just to take photos of her baby, the pointer is a 2 1/2 yr old Elhew.Both did very well this season. I drove 2500 miles round trip 3 times this season and hunted for four weeks combined, the wife walked every step except one morning when it was 21 degrees and the windchill was about 10. Very happy my wife has become my hunting partner, and wildlife photographer.

HERE ARE A COUPLE MORE NOW THAT I CAN DO THIS. A big thank you to those who sent me instructions. You can see the birds in a couple of them.

Thanks for teaching me Bill sorry I was so slow to respond. That Red Setter your friend has may be the best looking bird dog I've ever seen, and I believe he has the brains to go with the beauty!!!

Also, when my pictures are turned sideways, I click onto them, save them in my pictures, then edit them by turning them over, and repost them as an edit.
