I've built a couple of these the last few years and need to build another so I thought I would share a model I made. I build'em like this out of wood because I no longer have a shop, and I have to build them in my garage. I make the height this size so I can put casters under it while the build is ongoing and it will still fit under the garage doors. I'm vertically challenged so the height is fine with me. I use 2x6's for the base so I can add 4x4 double angle brackets in the field for legs. Once I add the plywood I use corner mold on all the corners and make it air tight and protect the edges of the plywood. This is just the basic model I made in Google Sketchup, you can add shelfs, move windows, whatever. I make the windows 11 1/4 tall so I can use lattice cap, and one foot tall Plexiglas for windows, I'll add a pick of that too. I'm by no means an architect or a draftsman but I hope someone else can use these.

Very impressed. Still not sure how you did the windows though?

I used plastic lattice cap from Lowes. It has a slot in it and I use two pieces of plex and it slides or they come out.

Well done! Good looking build with no fancy tools and no advanced wood working skills required to make it!

Thanks. The only tool out of the ordinary is a Kreg Pocket Hole set. I use it where you have a board butting up to the 3.5" side of another.
