Hey Guys, I just took over a private lease that I am still working to fill up! I'm offering some off season hunts for hogs and exotics (axis and aoudad) to build a little extra capital for improvements. Bow hog hunts are $125 per day for 2 days and rifle hunts are $200 per day for 2 days for up to 6 hogs per 2 days. Exotics are $2250 for axis bucks or aoudads. The ranch is almost 4000ac and free range.

Does the landowner know your plans to sub lease your lease by offering hunts? Just sounds shady and I'd be very hesitant to hunt there.

I just acquired 3700 acres south of Sonora. I'm looking for 5 more members to fill the 9 available spots. Ranch has all the native game plus free range axis and aoudad sheep. There are also several facilities on the ranch. This is a family friendly lease so kids can hunt on dad's quota. Owner has given hunters access to the ranch from Oct-May. Membership is $4500.
