Good guys. Lost the rubber eyecup off my Photon last time out. Not sure where it went but I retraced my steps from when I had it to when I didn't and couldn't find it the next day. Couldn't find a replacement online, emailed them to see about getting another one and they sent me a new one in the mail free of charge.


Shoot. Eat. Repeat.

Ive had the same experience. I lost the center of the front cap. Same thing, free of charge. and fast

Sellmark (parent company to Sightmark & Pulsar) is excellent on service. I know several people they've gone over and beyond for.

That's great. Pulsar and Sightmark offer, in my opinion, by far the best customer service in the industry. I'm sure there will always be someone who had a bad experience but the warranty and customer service alone are reason enough to buy those brands. They have always treated my customers right, even when it would have been a whole lot easier for them to just say "no". I've found that if you are reasonable with them, they will be more than reasonable with you.

I said upfront that I had lost it, figured I'd be out a $10-$15 or so when I emailed. He just said send me your shipping address and one will go out in the mail. Good company to deal with.

What batteries are you using in it? I ask bc I had that exact problem, got the replacement and it still did it. It turned out the cheap batteries I was using. The negative on the battery was flat instead of sticking down. When I called them back they had me test that. Hadn't had a problem since.

I have had the same fantastic over and above service from Sellmark. On a Pulsar N550 that I had for a year, it would reboot when I was shooting preventing me from getting follow up shots. I sent it in and they sent me not just a new one but an upgraded one. When I got my Pulsar Apex XD50a it did not have the PIP option. I read that it could be upgraded by Sellmark. I called and they offered to upgrade the firmware if I sent it in. After a week they called and said they could not make the update so asked if I would mind if they sent me a new unit that had all the new features. Of course I said yes but was expecting a refurbished model. I received it the next day and to my surprise it was a brand new one.

I wish I received this type of service from other manufactures. At this point Pulsar has made me a lifelong customer.

Another kudo to Sellmark. I broke the hinge on my Photon's objective lens cover - my fault - and requested to purchase a replacement. Mike @ Customer Service wouldn't take my money. He sent me a free replacement.
Great customer service! When the Sightline comes out, I'll be a customer.
