 300 win mag load development help

I'm looking for a new load for my 300 win mag. I'm looking more in the 168gr range. I've been shooting 185 bergers and looking to go to something lighter. This is more of a pig gun but I have been using it to shoot deer with. What's some of the loads y'all have used with 168gr? I'm looking at hornady or nosler.

I use 78 gr rl22 with 168gr Barnes

I'll look at Barnes as well. I'm just looking for some loads that has worked for people so I can give that a try first. I'm not really good at reloading I'm learning from a older guy that has done it for 50 years but he hasn't done much 300 win mag.
