Anyone ever use a section or two to get elevated up to call in predators? Just curious what the thoughts would be assuming you could make it safe and quiet.

If you can meet those two requirements, can't think of any reason why it would not work. The ability to tear it down and move it to another location would certainly have some appeal. But it's really got to be a "safety first" issue.

I bought some scaffolds from a man who used them for deer blinds. He put them up using a few 2x6 and sheet of plywood, light canvas blind and then took them down after season.

I have 4 box blinds on scaffolds.

I use my Kubota with forks on the bucket to move two of them around as they are only single high.
I build my blinds with a 2x6 floor so I can slide the forks under then and pick them up and move them easily.

The other two are two scaffolds high and have 4x8 box blinds with insulation, carpet and office chairs in them with tall windows all the way around for night time hog hunting.
The two tall ones have been standing for 30+ years.
