I have a savage model 12 in a manners stock that I want to mount a Leupold MK4 6.5-20x50 FFP on what mount do you guys suggest for this scope and low seekins rings?

Another vote for EGW. And there isn't any reason to not put a 20 MOA rail on it as well.

Personal preference of mine is Seekins Precision and Badger Ordnance. EGW is also a good choice.

If money is no object then Seekins or Badger. With EGW you get top notch quality for less money, IMO.
