How long did it take the deer to start eating it? I put it out about 2 weeks ago and spread a bag of corn around each feed site and I can't tell that they've touched it yet. Any ideas?

Took a few months. Give it some time. Also, most people use the wire mesh around a t-post feeder. Those work great, just make sure the mesh isn't too close together.
