I am in search of an annual hunting lease in the rolling plains region of Texas. I am an experienced hunter and know how to treat a property with respect. I am looking for a lease that has a good whitetail management plan in place. I am most interested in Deer, enough Quail to get my pointer some good practice, Turkey, Dove, as well as varmint hunting.

Still looking for a place. the quail and deer hunting are most important to me when it comes to the animals available on the lease. Would be willing to look at any place from San Angelo to up in the panhandle as long as they have decent quail and a good bit of land.

Still looking. Would consider a finder's fee for the right property.

How much space are you looking for.

We have options West of Vernon, TX and North of Amarillo.

I would be interested in a property that has enough land to where each hunter has at least 500+ acres. Amarillo is a too far of a drive but I'd be interested in hearing more about the place West of Vernon.

I've been looking at lease hunter and deer Texas. They actually don't have many current lease listings in the area I am interested in and a lot of the listings are old.

Saw this place on CL

Way over priced in my opinion but maybe it would work for you.

Thanks for the heads up. I agree that they are asking too much. especially for just 1 section.
