Hutchins smokes Lockhart in Plano. Lockharts in bishop arts is better than Lockhart Plano.

Hutchins either location is solid

Lockharts in Plano is the only bbq place I have been to that I threw away food. I am a Hutchins fan and go to the Mckinney location a couple times a month.

I was wondering how long they were going to let this thread slide in the OT section, it had a good run up

Hutchins is definitely my favorite barbecue place in Collin County. Much better than the likes of Lockhart Smokehouse, Winners, 3 Stacks, etc.

No comparison IMO. Hutchins brisket is always cut with your fork tender. Not the case with Lockhart.

They also have some of the best ribs in DFW.

I agree the ribs are great, but I stand by my opinion on brisket, the consistency isn't there for me. In fact the only place that has had consistently good brisket for me in DFW is Pecan Lodge and Heim.
