It is gonna be hard to get more info or find a lease at all if you don't use the contact info /method the person with the lease gave.

I called Monty at the number he provided and he was more than willing to answer every question I had about the lease. He was very personable. He was in the field running hogs when we spoke.

I second the above, he said call and gave his number twice....call the guy if you have any questions.
I know monty, he is a good guy, will answer any questions but wants you to call him. if he said PM me for details, then thats what to use, but he didn't.
Why someone gets on here any whines because someone didn't get back to them when he said to call him in the first place is beyond my comprehension, but then again, reading comprehension isn't your best game if you are the one whining anyway...
JUST CALL THE GUY!!
its a good lease with great potential, has tons of deer on it but if we get record rainfall like we did in 2015, then some of the hunting ground will be covered by lake arrowhead. had some big bucks on it, but monty runs it more of a meat lease and not a trophy lease, which is the way this place probably needs to be run. thats about all I can give you without calling Monty as it may have changed a little and I don't want to give wrong info. Call him (there I said it three times in case you missed it the first dozen times in this thread)

And they wonder why they can't find a place. No kidding. I don't get it. If I wanted a place any at all, I'd take this place, sight unseen, just because it's so cheap & M. Bennett has such a good reputation (I don't know the man, myself). Even if the lease isn't exactly what your looking for, you can always find another lease. I can't believe this is still available.

I'm on the lease also. I know that as of yesterday he still had at least one spot open. Monty is a very respectful straight forward guy. Call him and he will answer any and all questions.
