 Centex/Hill Country Lease Wanted

Looking for a hill country lease for 2-3 families with kids who hunt. I'm not specific on needs but would think 300-600 acres would be nice and lodging a bonus but not required. Decent whitetail a must and exotics would be great. Would also want year-round access for camping, fishing or spring turkey if applicable. We have blinds, feeders, etc. We are experienced hunters willing to manage deer herd, feed protein, improve land, etc. and can provide excellent references. If you have anything like that for lease or know of anyone who does, please let me know.
