Take 11 from Bonham
Forget 3805 and pass it by, go to 3830 and turn left (if you get to Baily you have gone too far, but if you do turn around and follow Chads directions.)

Hwy 11 through Bailey. (if you get to Bailey turn around and follow the directions below)
If you do catch 3830 then just pickup the directions below from 11 and 3830 intersection ie. go South on 3830

In 2.5 miles turn south onto Fannin CR 3830.

3830 turns back to the east, then go right onto CR 3835, you'll be headed southbound

Stay on CR 3835, and cross over the intersection of CR 3805

Range is 1/4 mile further south of 3805, on the east side of CR 3835

Big Ole gated arched entryway that says "Garvey" on top, you can't miss it! If you get to CR 1013, you've gone too far.

I have driven some of those county roads in Fannin County and some I wonder if a tractor can make it through if it has rained whithin a week.

Coming from Bonham. FJG, Advise?

Being able to read a map is vital in the Army. Hopefully you'll learn how.

SH 78 south from Bonham to Bailey, where it meets SH 11. Then follow the directions Chad gave, which to go east on SH 11, south on CR 3830, south on CR 3835.

The ones Kevin posted would be coming FROM Wolfe City, toward Bailey.

Once again it was another great match. Congrats Patrick for the good shooting. It was good to see all the shooters being safe, helping each other out, and having a good time. There were some good shooters out today.

Finally left at 8:15

Big thanks to Chad for all the logistics help, big thanks for KRoyal for all the I.T. and graphic design help (Kyle's match logo, as always), big thanks for WBurke for the R.O. help, big thanks for all the shooters maintaining a safe match.

Thank you to all the sponsors for a great prize table!!! Best one yet!

Thank you for Trump for winning, and making for a dry, almost mud free day.

I hope everyone had fun, and learned some things about themselves, as well as learned from more experienced shooters.

Please come back!

The new .22LR stage was freaking awesome. Took you back to being a kid and what a beautiful rifle Chad. That was really cool and a great change of pace today. My favorite stage honestly

Looks like Walter picked up my slack. Sorry guys, I laid on the couch all morning until I had a follow-up with the doc in the box...good news, said my lungs sound clear. Have to go back for xrays in 3 week to make sure I'm all clear. Said that this could have affects for the next couple months eek2. Evidently, pneumonia is not something to mess with...based upon the hospital word was mentioned Thursday, I'd say I dodged a bullet.

Sure hated hanging y'all out to dry today.

Lots of fun today. I dont think I've hated Leupold more than anything else in my life because of today's base issue.

Met some great folks today. Credit goes to Fireman and Chad for that, y'all are awesome for doing this shoot annually. Can't wait to be back next year (hopefully) with lessons learned today to be put into implementation.

Congrats to the winner and who was #9 who shot lower than my dad?!

No excuses for the CFA but I can get some slack for shooting crappy today on the loose base, right? hammer

Kudos to Jason and Chad for another great shoot and a shout out to Walter for the RO assist!

Congrats to the top shooters, some really good shooting was on display.

Found out on the way home that the sleepy little town of Tom Bean can be a bit picky about ones rate of speed, oh well, officer was very courteous as he handed over the citation.

Thanks again to everyone involved, "more fun than when the pigs ate my li'l brother!"

Many BIG THANK YOUs to Jason and Chad and a shout-out to Walter on the RO duties. I know this is a tremendous under taking to set up and run. This was my first time for this event and I'm new to this type shooting. I met so many great people and all willing to help. I picked up some good pointers from the experienced and this challenge will help me both in shooting and hunting. The clock pressure is what got to me as having never experienced that (got to breathe). Chad's beautiful vintage .22 was fun stage and broke up the day. I think it's a keeper for next year. I'll be there and will be looking for how I can volunteer to assist.

And, what a beautiful day it was!

As always huge thank you to Jason & Chad awesome match I think one of the best turn outs yet. Awesome prize table big thank you to all the sponsors too.

The lever action stage is definitely a keeper like 2beez said took me back to when I was kid hunting with a 22 open sights. Very cool.

And as always good seeing all the guys from the THF up
