Nothing like fork tender chops with rice & gravy! Smothered roasts, smothered chops, everything is better simmered in a little bit of gravy. grin

Might as well add a little more....

Just one of the many ways to turn feral pork into delicious meals. Love me some rice & gravy! food

Thanks for the kind words fellas. Not a great presentation but good stuff. I love to cook Jes, but I dunno about a restaurant grin I do appreciate it though brother. up

Bill, I sauteed onions and garlic in butter...then browned my seasoned/floured chops...then made a brown gravy with the drippings. Just more butter & flour/(water or broth - broth is better), and added the onions and garlic back. This time I also added some cream of mushroom soup to my brown gravy instead of just a regular brown gravy. I like it. up Once gravy got there I added the chops back, covered, and slid pan into oven to simmer for a while. My blood type is GRAVY! food
