I just saw last week that Winchester is now making the Long Beard XR in the 3" 20 ga. with #5 & #6 shot. I checked with Trulock Chokes and they are in the process of building chokes for my Charles Daly that uses a Rem Choke, I can't wait for them to get finished so that I can get my gun patterned. It will be a joy to carry a much lighter gun while running and gunning for those crafty Ole' Toms. I may not have it in time for the south zone opener but it will sure be ready for north.

I got that already but in the 12 ga. the Long Beard patterns so much better. The Heavyweight 7 does well in my 20 but I just want to shoot the Long Beard and Trulock combo for comparison. I would much rather pay $20 for ten shells than $30 for five but that is just me.

I can understand that. Good luck!
