That cocktail has too much going on. I'm simple shrimp and cocktail sauce I agree. Just can't eat octopus or oysters. To each his own.

I love Mexican shrimp cocktails, I boil extra shrimp/peel/freeze so they're ready to go. I've never used octopus though.
