That building setup looks great Brian....can't wait to getup there and check it out!  Any word on the BYOB.....i.e., buy beer in the store and consume with your BBQ?

Sent my daughter and niece up a couple days ago to bring home some BBQ. As they finished the order my niece pipes up and says "don't forget the banana pudding for Dave". At that point Bryan immediately knows its my order, tells them to tell me Hi for him and gives them a THF discount. SPOOKY. The man sure knows his customer base...

Finally made it by there with my brother today. AWESOME BBQ and some of the best beans I have EVER had, seriously. He brought out some pretty dang good banana pudding for my niece. I'll go again for sure!

Gonna have to find an excuse to get over there soon Here is your excuse, now get on down there It's called the "Boss Hawg" Lightly sauced pulled pork, then caramelized on a flat grill. Served on top of grilled jalapenos, with a layer of melted cheddar cheese on top. Capped off with a toasted bun, and a layer of sriracha mustard. This one is a beast. Also includes an EKG test afterward
