A lot of times I will cook extra food (usually smoked ribs or Brisket) to share with my neighbors. Yesterday one of them gave me a leg of Lamb. I have never cooked one before so all suggestions are welcome. Grill, smoke, bake???
Thanks!

Leg of lamb is one thing that I prefer to bake.

will still taste like sheep smell ... LOL ... my SIL bought an expensive leg of lamb, we baked it and he loved it, but it tasted sheepy to me. I grew up tossing barbado on the pit beside briskets and low & slow smoked em for a long time. about the only way I ever cared for any type of sheep ... but that might just be me.
