I love and crave Chinese food but I've pretty much given up on buffets. I recently found Vy's Pho in Keller/Watauga and it rocks. Pho is great plus a great full menu.

There's a mom and pop on 377 Benbrook just south of 20 on the east side in a strip center. It's not bad.

The Great Wall in Frisco isn't bad. Good selection for the money. If you leave hungry, that is your own fault. Don't eat buffets as much since a PF Chang's opened close to the house.

I wish I had a go-to favorite Chinese buffet. Do any of you know of one in Waco? We go to Pei-wei, which isn't a buffet, but has good food. And Mama Fu's is decent, though no buffet.
Of course, thinking back to living in North Houston, we didn't have a good place there either. There is a buffet in Mexia, but it's nothing special. Maybe I need to try it again.
