I lost all my hunting equipment this weekend in a fire and insurance does not cover it.

I can't afford to replace all of this but was considering getting an ATV or UTV (USED) that I could load in the back of my Silverado short bed.

I would like any recommendations or advice?

Thanks,
Steve

no insurance on the trailer or ATV? that stinks!

I suspect you will want another ATV if you plan on putting in the bed of a short bed truck.

I'd like to keep it less than $4k but right now I'm only looking for advice on what would work in a short bed

I had a 2010 Polaris Sportsman 500HO that would fit in the bed of my Silverado with a toolbox, but I had to drop the tailgate.

Fuel line had a leak and caused a fire when the ATV backfired when trying to start it in the trailer. Full story here:

Decided I will save up and get a Polaris Ranger 500 or 570 depending on which one fits best in the bed of my truck. Need to look at maybe selling some of my unused hunting gear to fund this.
