Had the chance to acquire a litter mate female to Ch. Not'ta Snow Balls Chance this weekend. Hunted her with the young dogs for 45 min. Friday morning and she did awesome. I plan on breeding her to Big Trouble Duke in the next couple of weeks!!!

She could pass for my female Cracker.

She's built like a tank. I might run her in a NBHA trial next fall, that's how good she is!

When the picture opened, I looked to see if Bill had posted it. Sure does look like Cracker's pics I've seen.

Here is a close up.

They look better on point.

I'm not crazy about her tail but this will do for me.

I am partial to Therapy because I saw that little rascal several times. Heck of a dog.

Bobcat 1, did you ever hear how he produced? I heard he had produced several ch. but I heard there where more not so good ones than good ones.

I saw a couple that were good NBHA type dogs. Maybe a little close for me but I liked my dogs Horseback shooting dog range. I liked Therapy better than what I saw from his offspring. Maybe now that I think of it, I might choose another dog.

Don't know much about pointers but just looking at your breedings, your 2nd pair would be the classic line breeding scenario where you breed a female to her one of her brothers' best male offspring. Your other 2 look more like outcrosses (without going back any further than what you posted). I would think if you like that line then your 2nd pairing would have the greatest potential to conform to that line you appear to like. I think outcrosses are the most difficult to predict what the offspring will turn out like.

Aint no such thing as an ugly bird dog slinger

Give me a holler when its time!!!! Lucy, my lab has gotten to old, fat, and spoiled (half human) to hunt anymore, I think getting her fixed changed her drive. She is the smartest dog male or female I've ever had now, she mostly soaks up the AC and is aroused to the sound of a bag of food, totally different dog than she was two years ago.
