A drip torch is my best friend. Iv burnt about 500 in last 3 weeks but you have something I don't have and that is the sign but I will be getting one. I always call the sheriffs dept to give location but twice the fire dept showed up. I am burning foe a Turkey restoration project here. Allready got 53 released on way to 80. The birds love a fresh burn.

Complete a burn on 67 acres with TPWD personnel. Went well but I am having trouble uploading photos. I am experimenting with patch burn grazing and that was the first "patch".
Just up the road (Hwy. 22) they burned 1200 acres the following day. That was some smoke!

Way to go guys and gals! cos mentioned the sign and I recommend them as I haven't had anyone call 911. I bought them through Forestry Suppliers
