My buddy and I decided on a spot for a food plot so we had to clear out some timber to get the set up just right. Really excited to get started on this plot as I think it will be a killer plot. Here is a short little video we put together showing the work involved in this one particular plot. smile

I didn't see much "clearing timber" going on in the video.

The owner of the farm already had the wood cut prior to me coming out. He didn't film cutting the trees which would of been a better addition. The area though will be a killer plot. There is a huge cornfield west of that area so deer really travel through that little section of timber to get to the corn. I'm thinking that with a plot in that timber it will make for an even better transition area. I could be wrong but when i hunted it a few years back the deer would come through there right before sunset to get to the corn. What would be a good type of food plot to put in?
