Leg of lame, sausage, and corish hen...



Never cooked leg of lamb before. I de-boned/butter-flyed it, thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper... Then tied it up.

I have done a boneless leg of lamb a couple of times. It is delish on pecan. Rare to medium rare, look forward to the finished picks. Enjoy amigo !
