Flip it over and bang on the sides. A lot easier than cleaning out my 1500 Lamco of the dust at the end of every 1500 lbs.

I would figure out why your getting build up.. keeping moisture out and proper feed flow is key. Were is it building up?

building up at the outer edges on the bottom. The deer here didnt really eat much of it after April. I guess there was enough green down here in Willacy county.

That should be right at the rivots for the funnel... once you get it clean take some silicone and run a bean were the funnel and drum meet... should help a good bit... it gets hard to stop either way if they are taking longer than a month to empty the feeder.. I keep machete and wire brush I attached to an old broom stick handy for this and a few other jobs
