Anything special you need for it? My dad is looking to get a few animals on his ranch. He has a trailer for hauling cattle. Is that sufficient?

Most exotics will injure or kill themselves (just like white tail deer) if carried in a trailer that isn't blacked out.

That's definitely useful information, thank you. He is looking at blackbuck because we have heard they will stay in his low fence. Is that correct? Are there other nice exotics that will stay in low fence? It'd be great for the family to enjoy if we can get them established.

Blackbuck and scimitar oryx will stay behind 4' fence unless pushed. There are always exceptions.

I think some of the sheep species will stay in a 4 foot pasture as well

The trailer doesn't have to be completely blacked out, I've used a cattle trailer and put boards in it and had a gap at the top hauling oryx, plus with enough ace they rode just fine
