We have openings for spring bear hunts in Idaho from May 15 - June 16. Opportunity rate on our 2016 hunts was 100% and we harvest about 50% color phase bears. Hunts can be done from a stand over bait or with our experienced bear dogs. We hunt a 2 bear area. 5 day hunts starting at $2250 per hunter. 7 day, 2 bear hunts also available.

Call (208)266-0795 to discuss options and get your hunt booked.

I've booked up this years vacation allowance but would definitely be interested for next year! Are we hunting with a guide in the stand/blind to kind of recommend a specific size etc?

If you elect to do any hunting with the dogs you will definitely be with your guide at all times. When hunting from a stand or blind you can have your guide sit with you if you are not confident in your ability/experience to judge a bear, one thing to note is if you book as 2 hunters with 1 guide the guide will only be able to sit with 1 of you. With that being said we have trail cameras at every bait and we won't put you on a bait that doesn't have a good bear hitting it during daylight hours, we will be able to describe each bear coming to that bait to you using color and any distinguishing markings and tell you which ones we judge to be shooters.

If you want to reserve a 2018 hunt we have both camp and lodge based options available and you can hold your dates until Jan 1, 2018 with a 25% deposit with another 25% due then and balance due prior to beginning the hunt.

Thanks for your interest in our services!

LDbrown is a good guy. Helped me when I was in a bind on the mountain. Northern Idaho= big bears and cats. Pics speak for them selves

Thanks for the good word bud, glad I could help you guys out!

Wolf hunting is tough here CitySlicker, we have wolves but this is pretty thick country so calling them in close enough for a shot is tough and they do not allow us to put bait out for the purpose of hunting them. Trapping them is the most efficient way to get them around here, one of my guides just caught his 4th this season yesterday and one of the locals who has guided for me in the past has caught at least 5 last I heard.
